Implicaciones de la neutralidad en la guerra naval
Abstract
La adopción de una postura neutral supone la previa existencia de un conflicto. En concreto, la neutralidad en la guerra naval implica una serie de derechos y obligaciones en orden a la defensa del elemento esencial de la neutralidad: la imparcial de los Estados neutrales, cuyo mantenimiento obliga a la adopción de medidas como la visita de buques neutrales o la prohibición de suministro de materiales de guerra o avituallamiento en aguas neutrales. No obstante, en el contexto internacional actual, parece no encontrar encaje jurídico debido entre otros al sistema de seguridad colectiva que inspira muchas de las organizaciones internacionales existentes en la actualidadDownloads
