UN ANÁLISIS CRÍTICO DE LAS NORMAS SOBRE TRANSPARENCIA EN LOS REGLAMENTOS DE ARBITRAJE INTERNACIONAL: LA CCI, EL CIADI Y LA CNUDMI.
Abstract
La transparencia ha resultado muy aclamada en el arbitraje internacional, especialmente en el arbitraje de inversiones, teniendo en cuenta el interés público presente en el sistema de solución de controversias inversionista-Estado. Sin embargo, actualmente la regulación de normas sobre la transparencia en los reglamentos de arbitraje internacional es insuficiente. Cuestión esta que constituye el punto de partida del presente trabajo, teniéndose como referencia las reglas de arbitraje de la CCI, el CIADI y la CNUDMI, así como la Convención de Mauricio sobre la transparencia.Downloads
