Some human rights of the LGBTQIA+ population have been guaranteed, in recent times, by judicial decisions, both national of the Federal Supreme Court and international of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights. In recent cases, judged by the International Court of Human Rights and the Superior Court of Justice, there has been discussion about the application of protective laws in the face of gender violence when the victims are transsexual women. The objective of this study is to analyze these decisions and how they can dialogue so that such violence can be effectively curbed. The research method is hypothetical-deductive.
