Lições de Compliance em tempos de Guerra: uma análise a partir da Guerra Russo-ucraniana

This article aims to investigate what impacts a war situation, such as the one currently developing in Ukraine, can generate for companies in economic terms and what compliance lessons can be learned. For this, the hypothetical deductive method was chosen, and the research is based on relevant and updated bibliographies, as well as on news and data collected indirectly and made publicly available, especially on the war in Ukraine. Initially, the concept of compliance, its evolution and relevance is presented. Next, the economic impacts and the reflex risks for companies in times of war are outlined, and then, finally, we analyze how these impacts reflect compliance lessons to be learned.
