Círculos restaurativos: uma técnica contributiva na garantia do direito à dignidade humana no trabalho socioeducativo
Abstract
O presente estudo tem como objeto central a contribuição dos círculos restaurativos no resgate da dignidade humana de adolescentes brasileiros em conflito com a lei. O reconhecimento da dignidade humana como direito, trouxe repercussões significativas na normatização dos direitos da infância e juventude, pois concede condições de cidadania, garante proteção integral e prioridade absoluta em razão da condição peculiar de ser um ente em desenvolvimento. Neste viés, através de uma pesquisa qualitativa e explicativa, com aporte bibliográfico dedutivo, aborda-se os círculos restaurativos no processo socioeducativo, avaliando seus métodos e objetivos, bem como, a concretude de ações e experiências positivas no sistema em estudo.
