Consideración de la Vulnerabilidad Economica en la Jurisprudencia de la Corte IDH.
Abstract
El propósito de este trabajo es hacer una revisión de las sentencias de la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos en las que fue analizada la pobreza o vulnerabilidad económica, e identificar qué tratamiento le fue dispensada en la decisión final. Del relevamiento realizado surgió que aquel Tribunal consideró la pobreza de distintas formas y que pueden agruparse en tres categorías: i) la pobreza considerada conjuntamente con otras causas de vulnerabilidad y como impedimento de una vida digna; ii) la pobreza entendida como causa de discriminación, ya sea interseccionada o por posición económica y iii) la pobreza considerada de forma aislada.
