Implicación del Derecho en la Violencia Deportiva
Abstract
La violencia es una realidad en el mundo que nos rodea. El ciudadano, en su parte más irracional, es un ser violento. Aunque el deporte sea una herramienta de canalización de ésta violencia y sea utilizado, entre otros valores, como nexo de unión entre culturas y personas; hay una parte de éste no podemos obviar. La violencia deportiva desarrolla gran interés en el legislador de forma que éste recurre cada vez más al Derecho Penal para buscar soluciones.
