Do direito ou da obrigação à literacia financeira?
Abstract
O Direito Humano à Educação em Portugal, as caraterísticas legais e sociais, numa espiral de direito e necessidades que exige, inicialmente o conhecimento da sua conjuntura e um estado de alerta para as verdadeiras questões que afetam a efetivação do acesso à Educação plena como estratégia basilar da vida e evolução da sociedade.
O sistema financeiro, pelos seus reflexos na saúde financeira das famílias e no crescimento económico de um país, carece de uma eficaz intervenção ao nível da inclusão financeira dos cidadãos. Não basta realizar-se estudos, é preciso retirar dos seus resultados medidas úteis e seguras, com vista a uma maior educação financeira, que não é só um direito, mas uma obrigação.
