A educação como patrimônio cultural no quadro teórico de Anísio Teixeira
Abstract
Este trabalho investiga acerca da possibilidade legal de reforçar a garantia dos direitos educacionais através do intituto jurídico do patrimônio cultural. O quadro teórico de Anisio Teixeira utiliza a cultura como conceito principal para analisar a educação. Se a cultura é uma definição que depende de muitos elementos, e se a educação faz parte da cultura local social, assim, a educação no quadro de Teixeira adquire a dimensão do patrimônio cultural.Downloads
