Resumo

This study examines the legal mechanisms protecting Ukraine's economic sovereignty under martial law and evaluates their role in maintaining national economic governance during armed conflict. The research applies doctrinal legal analysis, comparative legal analysis, normative legal diagnostics, institutional analysis, and legal stress-testing to assess the effectiveness and resilience of the regulatory framework. The findings demonstrate that economic sovereignty is ensured through the interaction of constitutional guarantees, emergency economic legislation, financial regulation, strategic sector protection, and coordinated institutional governance. Comparative analysis indicates that Ukraine's legal framework corresponds to contemporary approaches to emergency economic governance while reflecting the specific challenges of prolonged military aggression. The study proposes an integrated analytical framework for assessing wartime economic governance and concludes that legal coherence, institutional coordination, and regulatory adaptability are decisive factors in preserving economic sovereignty under martial law. The findings contribute to comparative legal scholarship on emergency governance and provide practical guidance for improving legislative resilience during armed conflict.
