O DELITO DE DOPAXE NO DEREITO ESPAÑOL
Abstract
A dopaxe defínese coma unha pluralidade de prácticas, como a inxerencia de certas substancias ou o emprego de métodos prohibidos que atentan contra o xogo limpo e o espírito deportivo. O presente artigo trata de dar unha visión da regulación penal actual da dopaxe no ordeamento xurídico español e as discusións doutrinais que se plantexan en relación ao mesmo.Downloads
