the information and knowledge precedes the construction of knowledge or knowledge-guide, in all sciences, reaching the law, including its teaching-learning process. Risks, challenges and the need for limits on the use of new technologies, innovation, especially artificial intelligence, are contemporary issues that require substantial and urgent reflection. The scope of the approach is to investigate contemporary virtual reality, produced by technological innovations, especially by the use of artificial intelligence and its multiple methodologies. The textual and though structure uses the explanatory-descriptive methodology, advancing in the hermeneutic and teleological perspective, inserting itsef in the perspective of complex thought, considering the singularities and specifities, without forgetting and denying the human being (material foundation of the system) affected by the innovations.The relevance and impact are revealed in view of the exponentiality with which new technologies are used in all branches of knowledge, including in the teaching-learning process, producing relevant impacts on vital reality.
