Protección jurídica del derecho a la vivienda en España
Abstract
Este artículo aborda el derecho a la vivienda en el Estado español. Asimismo, se efectúa un preliminar análisis teórico conceptual y luego se examinan los distintos sistemas de protección a la vivienda, es decir, el sistema interno o doméstico, el sistema internacional y el sistema europeo de protección de aquella garantía. También se alude a algunas políticas públicas implementadas por España, invocando además distintas sentencias que vinculan al país.
