LA COMPETENCIA DESLEAL Y EL INTRUSISMO EN EL MERCADO
Abstract
Hoy en día abundan los casos de competencia desleal y de intrusismo en los mercados, casos que han llegado al Tribunal Supremo e incluso al Tribunal de Justicia de la Unión Europea por su relevancia para el mercado tanto nacional como internacional. La situación se ha agravado en los últimos años, y es por eso por lo que será el objeto del presente artículo.Downloads
