El pensamiento de Aristóteles, Hobbes y Marx en las teorías criminalísticas contemporáneas.
Abstract
La seguridad ciudadana y el crimen han sido problemas siempre presentes a lo largo del tiempo, el rol primordial de la temática en la actualidad, y la diversidad de los paradigmas en pugna nos lleva a indagar las concepciones de tres autores clásicos – Aristóteles, Hobbes y Marx – sobre la temática, viendo sus caracteres fundamentales y puntos de coincidencia con las teorías criminológicas actuales.
