A uberização da relação individual de trabalho na era digital e o direito do trabalho brasileiro
Abstract
A pesquisa tem como objeto a mudança na perspectiva da relação individual de trabalho decorrente do impacto da inserção de novas tecnologias mercado de trabalho, tomando como pano de fundo o aplicativo Uber. O problema norteador da pesquisa é: os motoristas do Uber seriam autônomos ou empregados? A hipótese levantada é a de que há um manifesto descompasso entre o ordenamento jurídico e as novas formas de arranjo da economia capitalista da era digital. Objetiva-se apresentar novos argumentos e aprofundamento teórico quanto à questão, o que é feito a partir do método hipotético dedutivo, cotejado com as técnicas de pesquisa bibliográfica, documental e jurisprudencial.Downloads
