Abstract

Estudio de los antecedentes legislativos contemporáneos de la regulación del sector eléctrico en España hasta la normativa actualmente vigente. Análisis de la configuración legal de las cuatro principales actividades que configuran el sector eléctrico español (generación, transporte, distribución y comercialización) y de los sujetos que intervienen en las mismas. Examen de los precios referentes a la retribución de cada una de las actividades, distinguiendo entre precios regulados y libremente convenidos en el mercado. Estado actual del sector eléctrico y posibilidades de evolución ulterior.
