Abstract
Para abordar o estudo do delito de tráfico de drogas este artigo comeza cunha breve introdución de carácter histórico, para logo analizar o aspecto xurídico-penal do fenómeno e, por último, facer referencia ó perpetuo debate acerca da súa liberalización normativa.Downloads
