LOS DERECHOS HUMANOS COMO DESAFÍO DE LAS POLÍTICAS DE INMIGRACIÓN EN EUROPA
Abstract
El control y las barreras restrictivas realizadas por los Estados de acogida ante el fenómeno migratorio, evidencian la agenda de la mayoría de las políticas públicas actuales en materia de inmigración. Este modelo de control de flujos migratorios nos muestra una realidad de desprotección humanitaria. Europa afianza un sistema de restricciones sin precedentes, obligando a los inmigrantes a situaciones de extrema necesidad.
Este trabajo pretende evidenciar la necesidad de un Pacto de Estado que garantice las exigencias mínimas de seguridad, justicia e igualdad proclamada por los derechos humanos.
