FECUNDACIÓN POST MORTEM. ANÁLISIS JURÍDICO DE LA REGULACIÓN EN ESPAÑA
Abstract
En esta estudio se analizan los principales aspectos legales de la regulación de la fecundación post mortem en el ordenamiento jurídico español. Las modificaciones legislativas con respecto a la primera norma reguladora de las técnicas de reproducción asistida, el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales exigidos así como los diferentes sujetos que pueden consentir, son solo algunos de los principales. Otro elemento que se ha tenido presente en la exposición, es la necesidad de dar entrada a la bioética para futuras modificaciones de la Ley.Downloads
