LA RELACIÓN ENTRE LA BUROCRACIA Y LAS POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS
Abstract
Burocracia y Políticas Públicas, a priori, no parece que sean términos que estén relacionados directamente debido a que la burocracia es referida al conjunto de funcionarios que conforman la Administración Pública y las Políticas Públicas son las decisiones públicas que llevan a cabo los miembros del gobierno, es decir, los representantes políticos. Sin embargo, en el proceso de elaboración de esas políticas hay presentes esos empleados públicos que son los que manejan información importante y valiosa para el gobierno que puede determinar la puesta en marcha o no de las políticas públicas, independientemente de si son buenas o malas políticas. La relación entre ambos conceptos va más allá de lo que se piensa.Downloads
